At PDC Watches, we know that receiving your luxury timepiece quickly and securely is paramount. We strive to provide a seamless delivery experience across the United Kingdom.

1. Free Shipping

We are proud to offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No minimum purchase required.

2. Dispatch & Cut-Off Times

 Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed before 10:00 AM will be processed, packed, and dispatched on the same day during our morning dispatch run at 11:00 AM.

 Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be dispatched during the following business day's morning run.

 Please note that we dispatch orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays.

3. Delivery Method & Speed

 All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

 Delivery Timeframe: Typically arrives the next working day after dispatch, complete with end-to-end tracking so you can monitor your watch's journey.

4. Security and Signatures

 Because we deal in luxury goods, all parcels require a secure signature upon delivery.

 We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or drop-off lockers. If you are not home, Royal Mail will provide instructions for secure collection or redelivery.
